Operations Supervisor
As the Operations Supervisor you will report to the Centre Manager and assist in the implementation of the Centre’s Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. Supervision of contract Cleaning and Security will be an integral part of the role. Repairs and maintenance and the control of outside contractors while deputising for the Centre Manager in his absence, demonstrates the diversity of this role.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and dynamic person with a desire to progress in the Property Management industry. They will have strong communications and I.T. skills, a good technical background and be able to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Centre while working as part of a team.

Knowledge of Health & Safety, First aid and retail or property management environments are advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be given.
